From Virginia Beach/Chesapeake via I-264 West: Take I-264 west to the Waterside Dr. exit. Continue on Waterside Dri. as it curves to the right at Nauticus and becomes Bousch St. Pass Brambleton Ave. (the road will now be called Lleewllyn Ave.). Pass 21st St. Take a Left at 22nd St. We will be on your right at the corner of Colonial Ave. and 22nd St.
From Chesapeake/Portsmouth via I-264 East: Take I-264 east to the Waterside Dr. exit (just after the Berkley Bridge). Continue on Waterside Dri. as it curves to the right at Nauticus and becomes Bousch St. Pass Brambleton Ave. (the road will now be called Lleewllyn Ave). Pass 21st St. Take a Left at 22nd St. We will be on your right at the corner of Colonial Ave. and 22nd St.
From Portsmouth/Smithfield/Suffolk via the Midtown Tunnel: Take the midtown tunnel (US-58) from Portsmouth into Norfolk. You will exit onto Hampton Blvd. Turn right at the light at Azalea Ct. (just before the underpass). This will merge onto 21st St. Pass Colley Ave. Make a Left at Colonial Ave. We will be on your right at the corner of Colonial Ave. and 22nd St.
From Chesapeake/North Carolina via I-464: Take I-464 toward downtown Norfolk. When the interstate merges with I-264 at the Berkley Bridge, take the Waterside Dr. exit. Continue on Waterside Dr. as it curves to the right at Nauticus and becomes Bousch St. Pass Brambleton Ave. (the road will now be called Lleewllyn Ave). Pass 21st St. Take a Left at 22nd St. We will be on your right at the corner of Colonial Ave. and 22nd St.
From the Peninsula via I-64 East: Cross the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. After a few miles, take exit 276 to Granby St. (make sure you veer left on the exit ramp split). Continue on Granby St. At the Lafayette River bridge merge into the right lane to veer onto Llewellyn Ave. After a mile or so, turn Right onto 22nd St. We will be on your right at the corner of Colonial Ave. and 22nd St.
From the Peninsula via I-664: Take the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge Tunnel toward Suffolk. Exit onto VA-164 toward Portsmouth. Follow the directions from The Midtown Tunnel above.
From the Eastern Shore: Take the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to Virginia Beach. You will be on Northhampton Blvd. Continue on this road; at Military Hwy. in Norfolk, the road changes names to Princess Anne Rd. Continue for several miles into Ghent. Make a right at Llewellyn Ave. Pass 21st St. Take a Left at 22nd St. We will be on your right at the corner of Colonial Ave. and 22nd St.
