Mandy George
Mandy George grew up in Norfolk, VA and retired as a Lieutenant from the Chesapeake (VA) Fire Department. She has a Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, a Master’s degree in Professional Writing, a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and English and an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Services.
She is a policy analyst, columnist, and book editor. She also has over a decade of experience teaching persuasive writing to college students and professionals.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, hot yoga, reading, and travel. She currently lives in Virginia Beach.
