                                      Embodying Social Justice and Self-liberation: A Yoga and Writing Workshop with Bhav Brigade

                                      This workshop invites other writers (or writer curious folx) into embodiment via journaling and subtle movements of the breath and body. We will challenge the Western, white appropriation of yoga by making intersectionality and decolonization central to how we theorize and liberate our bodies.
