Our Words, Our Voices: Writers for Change
Join The Muse Writers Center and a diverse group of Hampton Roads, Virginia voices for a reading and discussion inspired by the recent and necessary protests calling for racial equality and opportunity around our nation. Panelists will read from their work and discuss their unique experiences, as well as take questions from the Livestream on Facebook. Performers include: Tim Seibles, Luisa Igloria, Princess Perry, Nathan Richardson, Remica Bingham-Risher, Desiree Cooper, Daniel Pearlman, & Michael Khandelwal. This virtual reading will be streamed live on The Muse website and on Facebook.

Diane Zinna Book Launch & Reading
Diane Zinna will read from her new book, The All Night Sun. All are welcome. This virtual reading will be streamed live on The Muse website and on Facebook. Diane is originally from Long Island, New York. She received her MFA from the University of Florida and went on to teach creative writing for ten years. She formerly worked at AWP, the Association of Writers & Writing Programs, which hosts the largest literary conference in North America each year. In 2014, Diane created their Writer to Writer Mentorship Program, helping to match more than six hundred writers over twelve seasons.
