John McCarthy

John McCarthy has been writing fiction, non-fiction and poetry for most of his adult life. He taught writing for over twenty years before embarking on a career in professional writing. His work includes cartooning and blogging focused on poetry for the past five years. He has a particular interest in how ideas are generated and the transition from thought to page.
John has a Ph.D in English Composition and Rhetoric from Miami University.
