LaKeah Wilkins is a multi-faceted shaker and mover in the industry. LaKeah is a proven Leadership Development Advisor and Personal Life Empowerment Coach. LaKeah has over 20+ years in Corporate America and 15+ years in HR. She has worked in a variety of roles in both HR and Operations such Recruiting, Generalist, Benefits and Wellness Management; Purpose Catalyst, Project Management, Training/Development, Call Center Management and Education.

LaKeah prides herself on being a Business Support Partner and takes pride in not only taking a seat at the table but being viewed as a strategic, intricate part of the business. LaKeah has also mentored and played an intricate role in the lives of many youth and adults empowering them to take control of their destiny. LaKeah earned a Bachelors in English, a Master’s in Adult Education and a Masters in Human Resources Management. LaKeah has also earned a Post-Bacc Certificate in Business with a specialization in HR Management.

BUT her biggest blessing is her active, ten-year old son, Jeremy who is the ABSOLUTE love of her life!
