Ashley Murphy is an aspiring African-American Science Fiction writer from Virginia. After Traveling across four continents, pulled by the navy to the furthest reaches of the world, Ashley began writing, inspired by works like Philip Reeve’s Mortal Engines, Frank Hubert’s Dune, and Max Brooks’ World War Z, Ashley blended futuristic technologies with a world similar to our modern life, creating tales of people just like those around you. Ashley has traveled to 20 Countries, but only picked up the dead language.
