Peter Porosky

Peter Porosky has taught fiction writing at the University of Arizona, the University of Maryland (College Park and the European Division), Johns Hopkins University, and Elizabeth City State University. In addition, he created and directed the Creative Writing Institute at the University of Maryland. He has published four novels, many short stories and poems. His novel The Sins of Major Lord, was a best-seller in translation in Germany, and his novel trilogy of The Venturi Principle,, as well as three major textbooks on fiction writing are available on Amazon.com. He also owns Porosky-Kremer Communications, a professional writing consultancy and has helped countless writers gain success in their writing careers. He has attracted the positive attention of Nelson DeMille, one of America's best selling authors. Prior to returning to the United States, he was a Major in the United States Army Counterintelligence corps. He lives with his wife in Norfolk, Virginia.
