Gabriela Igloria
Gabriela “Gabby” A. Igloria (they/she) is a Filipino American writer, artist, and daughter of immigrants. They are a graduate of Old Dominion University, where they were awarded an Academy of American Poets Award. A 2018 Pushcart Prize nominee and 2022 Anaphora Arts fellow, their poems have been featured by Paloma Press and Whurk Magazine, among others. Gabby’s work often explores intersections of diaspora, cultural heritage, queerness, and the environment. They are also partial to garlic, baja blasts, and Animal Crossing. Whether it be to take classes or to just hang out, she enjoys spending time at The Muse!
