Poetry Prompt – April 3
April 3 – Write a piece about multiple iterations of the same thing. Think ‘water, steam, ice, humidity” or “milk, cream, butter, etc.” or bridges, trees, mountains and hill, and so on. Find one that speaks for you. Work the differences and not the similarities.
From the Muse Library: Andrew Poems by Shelly Wagner: “These clear, unflinching poems wherein she evokes the life and death of her five-year-old son are moving and unforgettable. . . . You will remember Andrew as if you had known him, this delightful boy.” RUTH STONET
