Waiver: I consent to have my reading/event video recorded and live-streamed on the Muse's website and social media channels. I understand that this footage will be available on the Muse's website in both live and archived formats. I consent to the publication of footage, in whole or in part, without restriction or limitation, after broadcast for any use.
