Fellowship Transportation Agreement

We offer free Uber rides to and from the Muse Writers Center for fellowship classes, Saturday morning classes, and certain approved fellowship events. All uber rides must be ordered by us, not the student. We, The Muse staff, will be notified when the student is picked up and dropped off. The Student is only able to travel to The Muse Writers Center, and to and from the approved locations provided by their guardians.

The entered addresses are the only locations that will be used for student pick up and drop off, including the Muse Writers Center. Guardians will receive an email verifyign these locations. New locations may be added with guardian approval.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS: I agree as one of the conditions of my participation in the Teen Writers Fellowship, to specifically release The Muse Writers Center, its students, teachers, and employees from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to my participation in classes & events. If I accept transportation assistance facilitated by The Muse Writers Center (such as an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi service), I agree the same terms apply during transit to and from The Muse Writers Center.
I understand all uber rides must be ordered by The Muse, not the student. The Muse staff will be notified when they are picked up and dropped off, and are only able to come to and from The Muse Writers Center and the approved locations given to us by their guardians.
