Young Writers Workshop

The Young Writers Workshop explores a wide variety of genres and topics, including poetry, fiction, comics, and songwriting! During class, students engage their creative expression through various prompts, exercises, in-class writing sessions, and opportunities to share their work. All forms of creative writing are welcome. This course is open to all young writers, with or without any writing experience.

Come meet your muse at the Muse Writers Center!

This class is offered free to elementary school youth. It would normally cost $175. When you register, you are welcome to donate any amount toward this class to defray our costs which include paying our teachers. In the box under “Enter the Amount,” you may enter any amount to make a donation or enter zero to take the class for free. Thank you!

All students under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Please review and complete this form with your parent or legal guardian.
