If these questions are of more interest to you than the answers, Writing Weird Worlds may be for you. In this one-day workshop, we’ll briefly survey the rich history of stories—fabulist, slipstream, and so much more— that play in the no-man’s land between quote-unquote literary realism and so-called genre fiction. Then we’ll have fun with some writing exercises designed to bring the weird in your writing to the forefront.
