Writing Authentic LGBTQ+ Characters in Fiction

This workshop focuses on crafting well-developed, multidimensional LGBTQ+ characters in all genres of fiction. Participants will explore strategies for creating characters with depth and complexity. Through discussion of LGBTQ+ writing from around the globe and writing exercises, writers will learn how to integrate aspects of LGBTQ+ identity into character development. Regardless of genre focus or interest, this session provides tools to create LGBTQ+ characters.
