The Memoir Inventory

The Memoir Inventory is a class in perception, a way to distinguish between what works in our lives and what is no longer useful or necessary. Being aware of what we did yesterday can help us understand and accept who we are today, so that tomorrow we can become the people we want to be. We may have lost sight of our personal goals, neglected our potential, and become too concerned with our past failures to be able to fully see how much talent and potential we have today. By taking an inventory of our past and present, we unearth stories to be told for memoir and free ourselves from patterns that no longer serve our creative potential.

Please note: This class or event will be held online (using Zoom or a similar live platform). To participate, students or attendees should have a stable internet connection.
