Righting Your Routine: Developing Habits That Work

In this workshop, we’ll explore different approaches to writing routines, including strategies used by successful writers, and how to adapt them to fit your goals, schedule, and creative process. We’ll also look at common obstacles—like time, motivation, and perfectionism—and how to work through them.

Through guided discussion and reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to identify what supports your writing, what holds you back, and what you need to build a sustainable, productive habit. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your ideal routine and practical steps to put it into practice.

The MuseTeacher: Carrie Nelson

Prerequisite: Open to writers of all levels of experience
