Mindful Journaling through Grief
Grief is hard. Working through grief, and learning to heal can be daunting. However, healing comes from within. Grief and healing have no time limits. Whether you are experiencing a new loss, or trying to make sense of your pain years later, come and learn new ways and tools to heal through loss. Through meditative readings, journaling and simple artistic activities, one can learn to find a new self post loss.
Please note: This class or event is hybrid. Some attendees will be in-person and some will attend online. There may be a limited number of in-person seats available. If you are participating online (using Zoom or a similar live platform), students or attendees should have a stable internet connection.
