Memoir Fundamentals: Crafting Your Personal Narrative

Everyone has a story to tell. In this four-session class for new writers, you’ll explore the fundamentals of personal storytelling through engaging writing exercises, thought-provoking readings, and constructive discussions. You’ll learn how to develop your unique voice, refine your language, and employ literary techniques that bring your memories to life on the page.
Each session will focus on key aspects of memoir writing, from uncovering meaningful moments to shaping them into compelling narratives. Whether you’re just beginning to explore personal writing or seeking to refine your storytelling skills, this class will provide a supportive environment to help you turn your experiences into art.
