Make a Mess, Make a Poem

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll create poetry using magazines, photos, found text, and whatever else inspires you. Through cutting, rearranging, and layering language and images, we’ll explore new ways to approach writing and meaning-making. No prior poetry experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to experiment. Lots of magazines provided, but feel free to bring your own materials.

Please note: This class or event is in-person and will be held at our center.

The MuseTeacher: Isabel Hoin

Prerequisite: Open to writers of all levels of experience
