Happy Writing Season – Bobbing for Words Write-In
Get cozy and write with us this fall!
What is Happy Writing Season? It’s the 4 weeks between Halloween week and Thanksgiving week, AKA the coziest time of year, time to curl up with a blanket, a treat, and your words.
This isn’t about writing a novel in a month (unless that is your personal goal), it’s about getting into good habits and making your own writing goals! Maybe that is writing 50,000 words. Maybe writing a chapter. Or 5 flash pieces. Or your first poem.
Come join us Wednesday, October 29th, from 5-9 PM for our first Writing Season write in! The first half (5-7) will be prompt based, hosted by Jeffrey Morse. The second half is free writing, hosted by Toi Thomas and Dusti Connelley!
Snacks will be provided and costumes are welcome!
Please note: This class or event is hybrid. Some attendees will be in-person and some will attend online. There may be a limited number of in-person seats available. If you are participating online (using Zoom or a similar live platform), students or attendees should have a stable internet connection.
