Fiction Genre Certificate Summer Intensive (Morning Edition)

A fast-paced, 12-week experience for writers ready to dive deep into the craft of fiction. Complete our three-part certificate series of classes and graduation reading in less than 3 months, guiding you through every stage of fiction writing—from foundational elements like plot, character, and setting to advanced techniques in revision, voice, and worldbuilding. With a mix of lectures, generative exercises, and focused workshops, students will develop original work, receive personalized feedback, and build the skills needed to craft compelling stories across forms and genres.

Ideal for both emerging and developing writers, the Summer Intensive offers an immersive path from idea to polished draft. Participants will explore diverse narrative styles, sharpen their critique and revision techniques, and learn the practical steps for submitting work professionally. The program culminates in a celebratory graduation reading, offering students the chance to share their work with an audience and mark their growth as storytellers. Whether you’re beginning your journey or pushing toward publication, this intensive provides the tools and structure to advance your writing with purpose.

Please note: This class or event is hybrid. Some attendees will be in-person and some will attend online. There may be a limited number of in-person seats available.
