Have you ever loved a book, movie, or television show so much that you’ve wanted to spend a little more time with the characters? Welcome to FanFiction Exploration. Fanfiction is the perfect playground for writers, because it can be anything you want it to be: a chance to flex your craft muscles, a chance to receive feedback from others (both in-class and on popular fanfiction websites like Archive of Our Own), and a chance to remind yourself what made writing so fun in the first place. This is a space to play, but it’s also a space to learn about yourself as both a reader and a writer. This class is open to everyone, whether you’re brand-new to the wild and wonderful world of fanfiction, or you’ve been writing (or reading) fics for years.

Please note: This class or event will be held online (using Zoom or a similar live platform). To participate, students or attendees should have a stable internet connection.
