Experiential Storytelling

Are you looking for a dynamic and immersive way to bring your stories to life? In this two-session class, we will use sociodrama— a powerful action method, to step into the shoes of our characters and viscerally explore
their challenges and choices. By using role-play and improvisation techniques, we gain unexpected insights that aren’t accessible from writing alone. In addition, group members support one another’s creative process by exchanging perspectives from the roles they play, adding depth to everyone’s narratives. Be ready to move around the room, play some characters, and let your imagination flow in a highly creative and positive environment. Each session will conclude with a writing
portion to integrate the discoveries made and provide material for your next piece of work!

Please note: This class or event is in-person and will be held at our center.
