Crafting Comedy in Cinema

In this 2-part fun and informative seminar, we’ll delve into the critical facets of comedy writing, including the art of timing, embracing exaggeration and absurdity, weaving in running jokes, the rule of three, callbacks, and the subtle difference and similarities between satire and parody. Whether you’re an aspiring screenwriter or just want to inject humor into your storytelling, this engaging workshop will equip you with the expertise to create a script that not only is funny but will stand out in the world of comedy writing.
