Christopher Newport University’s 39th Annual Writers Conference

Join Christopher Newport University for their very first virtual Writers Conference, sponsored in part by The Muse Writers Center.

This one-day event includes various workshops and a panel discussion and offers an opportunity for writers to learn from agents, editors, publishers, the best of authors, poets, professional teachers, and each other.

Keynote speaker, Rita Simms Quillen, will explore the idea of experimenting with your writing material across multiple genres in various ways in order to discover and develop source material to its fullest potential.
