A Crash Course in Writing the Cookbook

Whether you are a chef or foodie looking to share your recipes with a wide audience or a home cook hoping to preserve your culinary legacy, join successful food writer and cookbook author Patrick Evans-Hylton for an engaging single-session workshop. Learn how to choose a theme and format for your cookbook, collect and refine your best recipes, and craft compelling stories and headnotes to accompany them. The session will also touch on food photography tips and explore publishing options, from traditional routes to self-publishing and online promotion. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools to start bringing your cookbook vision to life.
