The Nonprofit Advisory Group is conducting this survey so we can all have a better understanding of what we are paying employees and contractors within our organizations. We are specifically looking at administrative employee compensation, teaching artist compensation, and event/performer compensation. Not every question will apply to every organization, and only a few responses are “required.”
When we compile the results, each organization will be given a copy, so we can all reap the benefits of this knowledge. Information will also be shared with the Norfolk Arts Commission. When information is shared, your organization name will NOT be shared… just the data.
